The beautiful room featured stunning frescoes and offered a fantastic view over the city. The staff was remarkably attentive, especially the twin brothers at reception, who helped with luggage and even served tea in the room. While the building's charm was evident, some areas could use minor restoration to enhance the atmosphere. The location was perfect for accessing the old town, though noise from the nearby streets could be a concern at night.

The renovated room featured modern amenities while maintaining the charm of an old structure. Excellent proximity to the escalator accessing the old town means walking to landmarks requires minimal effort.
The entrance gate is notoriously easy to overlook, and parking is a bit cramped, making it a tight fit for larger vehicles. Furthermore, noise levels can be a concern due to the building's age, as sounds from neighboring rooms are easily transmitted.

Yo, this place was cozy, loved the fresh bathroom and the comfy bed. The staff were chill, helped me with everything. Can’t beat the location—easy walk to the historic center, and those free Jazz concerts? Bonus! Just wish the breakfast had a bit more to it.

The owners were incredibly friendly and even offered us a lift to the train station when our cab did not arrive on time.
Be aware that there is no air conditioning, only fans, which might not suffice during particularly hot days.

Recommend it for family with kids
The staff were really helpful! One even talked about his time in Australia for 5 years which was nice. The room was small but cozy, with a good bathroom to freshen up after a day out.
It wasn't the cheapest stay around! but for what we got, it felt just about right.

We loved exploring the historic center of Perugia, just a quick walk from the hotel or a ride on the nearby escalators. The terrace had stunning views, and the staff made us feel right at home while accommodating our family of five teenagers.
For dads, it would be great to have air conditioning.
